JAMB Begins 2026 UTME Registration
JAMB Begins 2026 UTME Registration
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially commenced registration for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), including candidates from foreign countries. Registration can only be done at accredited JAMB CBT centres nationwide.
Before visiting any CBT centre, candidates must first purchase the JAMB ePIN. Those who already have their ePIN are advised to download and properly complete the JAMB Registration Template ahead of registration. The registration exercise will close on Saturday, 28 February 2026.
The official novel for the 2026 UTME is The Lekki Headmaster by Kabir Alabi Garba. Candidates are entitled to a free copy of the novel after successful registration at an accredited CBT centre.
JAMB has also made it mandatory for candidates to declare any previous admission or matriculation status during registration. Failure to disclose such information or providing false details will lead to automatic invalidation of the registration or previous admission.
Candidates are advised to carefully review the JAMB brochure before selecting courses and subject combinations, and to verify all registration details before confirming with biometric authentication.
Institutions, tutorial centres, and business centres interested in becoming JAMB CBT agents or training centres are encouraged to begin the accreditation process.
